Ordering Options

Personalized Pralines are available in several customizable options. View a sampling of the options below or click here to download the order form. Choose from two delicious flavor options:

Dark - a bittersweet ganache filling surrounded by a dark chocolate shell covered with a white chocolate lid.

Milk - an almond and hazelnut gianduja filling surrounded by a milk chocolate shell covered with a white chocolate lid.

Lead Time
• 7-10 business days from the date of image approval by customer.
• Orders are shipped on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
• Thursday shipping available for locations within the 24-hour
delivery area–East Coast only.
• Orders for Personalized Pralines are processed and delivered
separately from other products.

Set-Up Fee
• One-time set-up fee per each new image.
• All reorders within 2 years of original order date require no
additional set-up fee.
• Set-up fee waived for all images shown in the catalog requiring
no further customization.

Image Requirements
• One image per order.
• One image per praline: printable area 0.9” x 0.9” / 2.3cm x 2.3cm.
All images will be centered within printable area.
• All images must be 300 DPI in: .ai, .bmp, .eps, .gif, .jpg or .tif format.
Note: Due to our special printing technique, colors may be slightly different
from the original image.
